WERDEN SPA is an industrial company that has taken today a leading position in the manufacture of fairings for machine tools and medium-light carpentry in general. We are a well-structured company, with solid foundations but made up of a young and efficient team. Our team consists of around 35 people operating on a 5000 square metre facility. Our service is 360°: experience, expertise and state-of-the-art technological support allow us to manufacture each product from design to assembly and final testing, responding to precise customer requirements. We also make use of the collaboration of external partners who carry out mechanical machining, painting and any other type of surface treatment.

Our strength is the result: quality workmanship and care in order management, where the relationship with the customer plays a fundamental role. In fact, the desire that favours both of us is to create close synergies that go beyond mere business relations and that last over time.

Our History

WERDEN INDUSTRIALE SRL was established in 2006 by Mr. Gianmaria Santini to take over his father’s small handicraft company that dealt with carpentry in general. The verb WERDEN, from German, means ‘to become’ and hence the ambition to create a company with a solid structure, aiming at growth and being an important reality on the market. The first step was the purchase of a new state-of-the-art laser system, followed by the creation of a technical department that would take care not only of product development but also their design, and finally expand the machine park and workforce, which doubled in the space of a few years.

By cultivating the customer culture and offering expertise and willingness to solve their production problems, a sales network was created that was able to develop its market among machine tool manufacturers, who account for an important percentage of its turnover.

NEW OPERATIONAL HEADQUARTERS

Step by step, acquiring technical skills, qualified workers and real synergies with our customers, the new operational headquarters was built in 2013.

The well-equipped and organised space has allowed us not only to increase volumes but to create market strategies aimed at the dream where it all began, diversifying the sectors Werden addresses and increasing and improving the services offered.

Investments in Werden are constant and are chosen appropriately year after year to preserve what has been achieved and to be able to continue on its path. This path arrives in 2021 when Werden Industriale srl decides to take a further step, becoming WERDEN SPA.
